摘要: 本文叙述了用于空间飞行器的VM循环低温冷机的研制。它也用在野外、机载红外雷达、高级夜视或前视装置上。该机具有振动小、寿命长、运转可靠等优点。采用优化设计,精确选择各个结构参数,设计了特殊的同平面双行程驱动机构和良好的传热装置以及先进的磁力传动器,研制出风冷和水冷两种不同型式的单级77K制冷机。试验证明,各项性能指标均达到设计要求,性能稳定,运转可靠。

Abstract: This paper describes the status of the development of Vuilleumier cycle cryogenic refrigerator for spaceborne, It can be used for Infra-red radar, advanced night vision and forward vision in field or airplane, This refigerator has some advantages such as small vibration, long life and high reliability。A optimum design method has been used, various structural parameters have been selected accurately by computer programmings。A special two stroke driving mechanism in the same plane, a favourable heat exchanger and advanced magnetic driver has been designed, The two types single stage 77K VM refrigerators, air cooling and liquid cooling, have been developed。 A number of test have proved that the performance and target of refrigerator have achieved designed requirement, operation is stable and reliable.Subject Term: Spacecraft, Refrigeration technique, Cryogenic equipment, Optimum design.
