摘要: 本文介绍了以日本东丽工业公司的M40高模量石墨纤维为增强材料,环氧648/BF_3—MEA为基体材料,经无端头螺旋缠绕、单向预浸料铺敷增强、热压罐固化成型、脱模和切割修整等工序,制成碳纤维复合材抖方形薄壁梁。制品经各项试验后,性能稳定可靠,并已应用于实际产品上,取得比较满意的结果。

Abstract: This paper describes the square beam of thin wall which is made of high modulus graphite fiber reinforcer M40 of Toray Ind co ltd, and epoxy 648/BF_3—MEA matrix, and which is made by procedures of filament winding, unidire—ctional prepreg stacking reinforcing, and modelling with autoclave cures, reloasing moulding and cutting repairing ect. After researched production Was teseted its properties are stable and reliable. This technigue of production can be utilized in real productions, and the results is satisfactory.
