摘要: 本文针对普通控制机性能上的限制,阻碍了现代控制算法在工业控制过程中的应用,提出了一种双单片机并行处理控制机的实施方案,通过对控制任务的适当划分,两处理机协同工作,使控制机的性能大为提高,从而达到多种复杂控制算法在工业控制系统中应用的目的。我们在这个系统中实现了极点配置自校正算法。实践证明,它比一般的控制机有更强的实时处理能力。本系统是以MCS-51系列单片机为基础的。

Abstract: The Paper puts forward a programme of a kind of double single-chipmicrocomputer parallel processing controller as the definition on properties of a ordinary process computer has stood in the way of the applications of modern control algorithm on the field of industrial process control, It divides the control algorithm appraciately on the two single-chip-microcomputer so as to apply various complex control algorithm on industrial control system. And the pole assignment self-tunning regulator algorithm has come into use in this system, The experiment shows that its real-time processing ability is more powerful than the ordinary one, The system is based on the MCS-51 family single chip microcomputer.
