摘要： 本文描述了感应式表面电位探针原理及实验方法;给出了探针在大气和真空中输出信号大小与表面电位、距离、以及感应片面积之间的关系。为探针设计提供了必要的数据。

Abstract: This article describes principle and experimental method of inductive probe for measuring surface potential. The relationships of output signal with surface potential, distance and area of inductive disc are presented, and the necessary data for designig probe are provided.
