摘要： 同步角的计算是从静止气象卫星获得高精度图象的首要问题之一。同步角的精度不仅与卫星的轨道、姿态的确定精度有关,还和卫星的动力学稳定性以及观测时间有关。

Abstract: The calculation of the synchronized angle is one of the main protlems for getting a image with high occuracy from spin-stabilized geostationary meteorological satellites, The-accuracy of the synchronizing angle depends on orbit and attitude determination, dynamic stability of the satellite and observation time.
