航天测控资源优先级设计分析

摘要: 对卫星测控资源的优先级进行设置是卫星测控调度首要考虑的因素。首先在对测控资源工程需求进行分析的基础上,研究了影响测控资源优先级设置的9个基本原则,并完成各原则的定量化描述;然后通过建立改进TOPSIS(逼近于理想解排序法)模型得到了测控资源优先级的设计方法。最后结合实例给出优先级的计算过程,验证了设置过程和结果的可行性,为进一步研究测控调度算法提供参考。

Abstract: It is an important and key problem to set priority on TT&C resource during the satellite TT&C scheduling process.Based on the engineering analysis of resource requirements, nine priority factors were studied,and the factor's quantificational description model was also presented.The reformative TOPSIS model for priority calculation was carried out and its calculation steps were given.An example was given to show the validation of this model.The result is expected to be useful in scheduling algorithm research.
