摘要: 未来的微型航天器将采用微型公用平台——集成公用模块。文内阐述了集成公用模块的概念和应用,分别介绍了航天器实现微型化所需的关键技术——无电缆连接、多功能结构、先进的轻型材料、自主热管理的微热控系统、高密度电子线路封装和连接、集成设计环境,最后提出以集成公用模块为基础的微型航天器的设计和研制程序

Abstract: In the paper the concept and application of Integrated Utility Module (IUM) are introduced first,and then the critical technologies for miniaturization of spacecraft,such as cableless interconnects,multifunction structures,advanced lightweight materials.autonomous thermal management and miniature thermal control,high density electrical packaging and interconnects and integrated design environment are presented and finally,the development processes for the microspacecraft using IUM is described.
