摘要: 在运用滚动轴承理论、摩擦学滚动理论及弹性力学原理对火箭陀螺高速向心球轴承(简称高速球轴承)滚珠及内圈(或外圈)受力情况进行系统分析及研究的基础上,提出一组可直接计算高速球轴承摩擦系数的理论公式。从导出公式所示解析关系可清晰地看出,高速球轴承摩擦系数不仅与轴承内外径、滚珠对内圈(或外因)的滑动摩擦系数、滚珠半径及数量有关,而且还直接与轴承转速和当量动载荷等参数密切相关。

Abstract: On the basis of analysing and studying systematically theforces acting on balls and inner rings(or outer rings)of high speedradial ball bearings in rocket gyroscopes(are called“high-speed ballbearings”for short)by means of the rolling bearing theory,the rollingtheory in tribology and the principles in elasticity mechanics,a group of formulas for calculating friction coefficients of high-speed ball bea-rings has been advanced in this paper.The analytical relationshipsexpressed by the formulas derived indicate clearly that the frictioncoefficient of a high speed ball bearing is related to not only the bore,outer diameter,sliding friction coefficient between ball and inner ring(or outer ring),ball diameter,ball number,but also the rotativespeed and equivalent dynamical load of the high speed ball bearing.
