摘要: 本文介绍了以M40碳纤维为增强材料的方形薄壁梁,在承受弯曲和扭转联合作用下的应变分布;扭转变形的测定;梁的破坏载荷的确定。所测试验数据稳定,说明构件制造工艺可靠,满足产品的强度、刚度要求。该结构已用于实际产品上,取得比较满意的结果。

Abstract: This paper introduces strain distribution and determination oftorsion deformation and broken load of a M40 carbon fiber composite beamwith rectangular thin-wall under bend and torsion,The measured experi-mental data are stable.It shows that the manufacture craft of structure isreliable and satisfies the requirement of strength and stiffness of theproducts.This structure has been used in practice and the results are satis-factory.
