摘要： 本文就当前空间运输器发展的争论焦点——重复使用的运输器的经济性问题,进行了分析;提出了在当前条件下,对发展航天器硬件的重复使用应采取慎重的态度。

Abstract: This paper presents a comprehensive view about the problem of realizing economical transportation by using reusable space vehicles, and points out that the development of the reusable hardwares of the spacecraft must adopt a prudent Policy at present conditions.
