Abstract: Inmulti-satellitelaunchmission,thesatelliteseparationsimulationisrelativelycomplicated.Themotionstateisinfluencedbymultiplefactors,includingseparationspringforce,explosiveboltimpact,electricalconnectortension,spacecraftmass-property,initialmotionalparametersandsoon.Itisdifficulttosolvebyusingthetraditionalnumericalcalculationmethod.Virtualprototypingtechnologyisaneffectivewaytosolvetheproblemsabove.Thesatelliteseparationanalysiswascompletedbyvirtualprototypetechnology,throughsettingdeviationandinterference,simulatedthesatellitesseparationprocessunderthedeviationandfaultmode,evaluatedthepossibilityofcollisionandotherdangerousoccurrence.Theresultsshowthattheimpactontheseparationresultsfromsystemdeviationcanbeevaluatedbysimulation,springselectionisneededinthecaseofhighrisk.Secondary,theinterferencecausedbyelectricalconnectorsgenerallydoesnotaffecttheseparationsafetyduetotheshortactiontime.
