Abstract: Duetothetimevaryinganddiscontinuouscharacteristicsofpassiveintermodulationinterferencesignals,anovelmethodbyusingerrorcorrectingLDPCcodewasproposedtoreducetheimpactofpassiveintermodulationinterference.TheLDPCcodinganddecodingschemewasdesignedandthedecodingpartwasemphasized.Thenormalizedminsumalgorithmbasedonrowmessagepassingwasadoptedforitslowiterationtime.Pulsesat10%dutycyclewereusedtosimulatethepassiveintermodulationinterference.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthecodinggainisabout8.2dBwhentheBERis3.1dB. TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheBERis0.00269andSIRgainreaches10dBwhenSIRis2dB.
