Adaptiveactivevibrationcontrolmethodforcryocoolercompressorinspace

Abstract: Thevibrationofcryocoolercompressorisoneofthecriticalfactorduringtheapplicationinsensitiveinstruments.Compressorvibrationwillleadtoimagingblur,affectthepointingaccuracyandresolutionofthetarget,andevencausethemechanicalresonanceoftheplatform.Inordertoreducetheimpactofcryocoolervibrationonspacepayloadsensitivedevices,anadaptiveactivevibrationcontrolalgorithmbasedonadaptivenarrowbandnotchfilterwasadopted.Thealgorithmisindependentofthevibrationtransferfunctionmodelandisnotlimitedbytheapplicationenvironment.Theadaptivevibrationcontrolisrealizedbyadjustingtheamplitudeandphaseofthedrivingsignalconstantly.Thecontrolsystem,includingDSPcontrolsoftware,electroniccircuitandtransducer,wassetup,andtheexperimentprovedtheeffectivenessofthealgorithmwhichwasfirstusedtocompressorvibrationcontrol.Thefundamentalfrequencyvibrationofthecompressorhasreducedfrom0.166m/s2to0.014m/s2,byafactorof21.2dB.
