Abstract: Toverifythefeasibilityofthegeolocationofspacecamerabythewhiskbroomimaging,thegeometricmodelofspacecamerabywhiskbroomimagingwasbuiltconcerningthechangeoftheimagescale,thewhiskanglemeasurementaccuracy,thewhiskanglestabilityandthewhiskangularvelocity,takingthefactorsofgeolocationaccuracyintheoveralldesignastheparameters.Thegeolocationaccuracyalgorithmbasedontheerrorpropagationtheorywasderived,thesimulationwascarriedoutandtheimprovingmethodwasputforward.Theresultsshowthatthegeolocationaccuracyofthelargewidthimageryissimilarbetweenthesmallerlinearlengthbythewhiskbroomimagingandthelongerlinearlengthbythepushbroomimaging.Improvingthewhiskanglemeasurementaccuracy,thewhiskanglestabilityandthetimesynchronizationaccuracycanimprovetheplanegeolocationaccuracy.Thesimulationmethodofthegeolocationaccuracyofspacecamerabywhiskbroomimagingisapplicabletotheindexassignmentofthelargewidthimageryoftheremotesensingsatellite.
