Abstract: Inordertostudythevariationofrotatingspokefrequencyofthecylindricalhallplasmathrusterinrelatedworkingparameters,andtofindoutthemethodtorestraintherotatingspoke,theannularanodewasdividedintotwoindependentsegments.Bymeasuringtheelectricalsignalbetweenthetwoindependentanodesectionswithdischargevoltage,dischargecurrentanddeliveringrateofpropellantandsoon,thespokephenomenonwasqualitativelyandquantitativelyanalyzed.Theresultsindicatethattherotatingspokefrequencyobservablyincreaseswiththeincreaseofdischargevoltageandpressure.Andthespokerotatingphenomenoninthenearanoderegionisgenerallypresent,eveninhighvoltageconditions.Thefrequencyofrotatingspokeismainly10~45kHz.Theaxialcurrentoscillationaccountsforabout50%ofthetotalcurrentintheisolatedanodesegment.Reducingtheflowofworkingfluidandthedischargevoltageisbeneficialtosuppressrotatingspoke
