Abstract: In accordance with technical demands of command control system of satellite and based on the command control system with information feedback checking, a new satellite command control system with execative assenting format, is presented.System model, capability of checking and monitoring, method of probability analysis and systematic performance are introduced. The applicable value based on theory, computation of engineering design and estimation for systematic performances are also given.
