Abstract: This paper describes the fundamental constitution and designmethod of meteorological satellite HRPT information simulator.Because ofthe use of large scale integrated circuit EPROM in the coder,theequipnent ischaracterized by compact construction,flexible simulation and a largeamount of information.This design method is applicable to similar informationsimulators.
