Abstract

Abstract: The article describes quantitatively and qualitatively the princi- ples of the east-west stationkeeping for geostationary satellites.Aslo given here are certain important parameters which best reflect the characteristics of the east-west drift ring.The analysis has shown that the results got both from theoretical calculation and analysis of the data from TT&C equipment are well consistent.
