摘要: 分别对不同外界流动条件下缝隙内的流动及其形成机理进行了探讨,确定了狭窄缝隙内的流动结构和缝隙内气体的传热过程,经过适当而合理的简化,得出了缝隙内气体的传热模型及热环境计算模型。用有限差分方法对缝隙内热环境进行了数值计算,得出不同外流条件下缝隙内热环境受外界气流影响深度与来流参数的关系曲线。从缝隙流动机理方面说明了计算结果的合理性。并对缝隙内热环境的计算结果进行了试验验证。分析和试验证明,提出的计算方法具有工程实用精度。

Abstract: Based on different outer flow conditions of the gaps, someresearch on theflow and its mechanism have been discussed respectively in thispaper. A model of flow construction in deep gaps has been given. After interpreting the process of gas heat transfer in gaps in detail, a simple flow model and its computational model within the gap have been given,and its border conditions,relation curves between effected depth and outer flow parameter and certification of the computational result in light of mechanism are presented.Finally, on the basis of the result of computation certified by experiment, comparative relation curves between computational results and experimental results are given, and the mechanism causing the differences is analyzed.
