摘要: 叙述了空中电场仪的基本测量原理,采用双电场仪结构可以解决仪器自身带电对测量的影响。仪器结构设计成上下开感应窗的光滑圆柱体。介绍了该仪器的电性原理;最后叙述了初步观测试验情况。

Abstract: In this paper, the foundamental measuring principle and the principle of sounding air electric field mill are described. Double electric field mill structure is used to eliminate the effect caused by charge on instrument. The instrument is a smooth cylinder and induction windows are made on is top and bottom. Some preliminary experiments are introduced.
