摘要: 针对遥感器球面反射镜背部蜂窝打孔减重结构,编制单元划分、节点生成程序,使之自动建立有限元模型文件;应用结构分析软件对该结构进行自重载况下的静力计算,变动各有关结构参数,得出一系列镜面最大变形值;处理这些数据,拟合曲线,进而导出该结构轻量化最优解的经验公式。

Abstract: The lightweight structure of honey-comb holes on the back of the sphrical reflector of spaceborne sensor is discussed in this paper. A computer program for differentiating elements, generating nodes and automatically building up files of finite element models is worked out. The structure under the selfweight load condition is computational analyzing with structural analysis program and a series of data of maximum deformation are derived on the premise of variation of relevant structure parameters.The data are fitted into curves and farthermore the experiential formula of optimal solution of the lightweight structure is deducted.
