Abstract: This paper describes briefly the important achievements andsocial、economic and ecological beneficial results in agriculture using remotesensing technique,and raises the point that it is necessary to use remotesensing technique in surveying,monitoring and regionalizing of nationalagricultural resourses and other managering fields.The rapid development,including introduction,digestion,absorption and application of remotesensing technique,is presented in the paper.It also elaborates thedifficulties and complexity of remote sensing technique application inagriculture in our country and puts forward to build a multi-level systemof agricultural resources monitoring using remote sensing technique atpresent and in future.
