This paper describes the design of rigid solar array substrate and (?) theoretic analysis and the test.

Abstract: This solar array substrate is aluminium honeycomb with carbon fiber face sheets. It was completd that the test consists of the model test and the vibration test. The theoretic analysis is performed using a finite element mathematical model. The results of the tests are in agreement with those of the theoretic analysis.The authors have solved the technique for the measurment of parameters of mechanical properties of the various composite material structural members and obtained the necessary datum.
