Abstract: This paper gives a method to design the information transmi-ssion satellite system.Based on the analysis of the requirements and constra-ints of the satellite mission some factors are found for identifying the alte-rnatives.A two dimensional matrix model,which is constructed by designelements and units has been established for analysing the alternatives.
