Abstract: The UNITED STATES SPACE LAW, edited by Stephen Gorove, Professor of international law of the Mississippi University of the U.S.A., and Vice President of the International Institute of Space Law are in three binders, containing United States laws, orders, reports and selected cases, as well as international and bilateral treaties concluded by the U.S.and other countries, etc.. It can be gathered from such a great variety of selected documents the abundance and depth of space law which has gone through theoretical study to the stage of applcation.With the rapid development of space activities, the states concerned have to elaborate their own corresponding laws to ensure and promote the development of space undertakings. This work carries rich and practical materials of reference value to all students of space law, space lawyers, particularly space law legislators.
