Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the environment of the meteoric substance situated in the vicinity of the earth, and the probability of of the impact between meteoric substance and spacecraft, and the calculation of the bulkhead—penetrating. In Consideration of the reliability of the design, the paper provides the setting methods with some namerical examples.
