Abstract: Theresearchondynamiccharacteristicsofdielectricmaterialsis animportantpartinthefieldofsecondaryelectronemission.Bynumericalsimulationmethod,amod eloftheeffectivesecondaryelectroncollectionefficiencywasestablished andtheeffectsofmeasuringparametersonthedynamiccharacteristicswerestudied.Theresultsshow thatspaceelectricfieldandcollectorstructurehassomecorrelationontheeffectivesecondarye lectroncollectorefficiency.Theincreaseofcollectorpotentialcanimprovetheeffectivesecondary electroncollectionefficiencyandthehalfwidthtimeofthedynamicprocesswillincreaselinearly. Inaddition,thecollectorstructurecanaffectthespaceelectricfield.Bydirectlyinfluencingthe collectionefficiency,spaceelectricfieldandcollectorstructureindirectlychangethesurfacecha rgetocausethechangeofdynamiccharacteristics.Theincidentbeamcandirectlyaffectthesurfac echargeaccumulationandmakesthehalfwidthtimeincrease ordecrease.Theresultshaveimportantscientificsignificanceforrevealingthedynamicprocessofch argedmaterialandpredictingtheexperimentthataccuratelymeasuringthesecondaryelectronemission coefficients.
