Abstract: Inviewofthesmallsatellitefastattitudemaneuver, asatellitecontrolmethodforfastattitudemaneuverandstabilizationbasedonparticleswarmoptimization(PSO) wasproposed.First,thismethoddoesthepathplanningwhichtheinitialpositionofparticlepopulationisasthefinishtimeforsatellitemaneuveraccelerationperiod; theninthispathplanningthemaintenancetrackingcontrolwasusedfortracking, andintheendofthemaneuverpath,thegoldensectioncontrolandlogicdifferentialcontrolwereusedtomakestabilitycontrol; atlast,thetimeofsatelliteattitudemaneuvertotargetangleandstablewastakenasadaptivevaluetofindoutanoptimalpathintheconditionsofthiscombinedcontrolmethodandotherlimittoattitudemaneuverandstabilitycontrol.Thiscontrolmethodcandooptimalmaneuverandstabilitycontrolaccordingtotheactualdynamiccharacteristics,environmentalcharacteristicsoftheastral,constraintsandcontrolperformance.Applyingthismethodtothesmallsatelliteattitudecontrol,simulationresultsshowtheeffectivenessofthemethod.
