Optimal faul tdiagnosis algorithm based on reduced order observer

Abstract: Inordertoreducethecalculationcapacityoffaultdiagnosisalgorithmsandoptimizethealgorithmparameters,anoptimalfaultdiagnosisalgorithmbasedonreducedorderobserverwasproposed.Firstly,areducedorderobserverwasdesignedtoestimatethefaultwithoutcomplexmatrixblockingoperationbydecouplingthestatesofsystemandstatesoffaultbasedontheprincipleoforthogonality.Secondly,theproblemofdeterminingtheobservergainwastranslatedtotheproblemofdesigningoptimalcontrollerforthedualsystemoffaultdiagnosiserrorsystem,basedonwhichtheminimumvarianceestimationoffaultwasimplemented.Thirdly,afaulttolerantcontrollerwasproposedtocompensatethefaultinfluencebyutilizingtheresultofdiagnosis,soastosegregatethesystemwithfaults.Finally,anumericalsimulationwascarriedouttoverifytheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethod.Theresultshowsthatthedesigneddiagnosisalgorithmcanfastconvergetotherealvalueoffaultin7secondsforatwoordersystem.
