Abstract: According to the noise composition in CCD image, the added mix Poisson-Gaussion noise model is analyzed. Two methods are presented for parameters estimation, in which the moment estimation method can also be applicable to the condition of non-zero gaussian noise. Simulation calculation confirms that this method is more accurate.
