Abstract: Two properties involving non-GSO telecommunication satellite constellation,non-fixed and time-varied characteristics and aggregate characteristics are studied.An calculation method for frequency interference involving non-GSO telecommunication satellite constellation is proposed.By introducing the concepts of time discrete simulation and equivalent power flux density,this method can resolve the desiderative problem that how to calculate the interference involving non-GSO telecommunication satellite constellation in China.
