Abstract: According to the main technical requirements of GPS receiving antenna on satellite,the design and the test results for resonant quadrifilar helical antenna are given.The results show that the antenna possesses excellent circular hemispherical beam with wideangle circular polarization and better impedance match.This antenna has a compact structure and high integration.It has been used for some low orbit satellites.
