Abstract: The Technique of orbit maneuver plays an important role in the field of aerospace, especially for near earth orbit satellite system.The Technique provides a way to solve the problem of inconsistence between satellite requirements and the launch vehicle capability. By using this technique, different launch vehicles could be chosen for the same satellite,operational performances could be enhanced,and application range could be widen.In addition, the general concept of the Technique and its application in the near earth satellite system with some examples are described.
