Abstract: The article attempts to apply an optimization technique tothermal design of satellite engineering,and suggests a method to optimizethe thermal design.Utilizing this method and taking a model with 14 nodesas an example,the paper has obtained a satisfactory result with Hooke-Jeeves direct searching optimization method.A primary computer programcan be used as a base to design the thermal control conception of asatellite.
