Abstract: This paper emphasizes the study of the factors effecting remarkably the chinese tone, such as the basic frequency and so on. The classical smapling method is herein extended from lowband to bandpass frequency. In order to reduce the energy loss of the signal, the methods of complex and quadrature sampling of bandpass frequency are put forward. Based on the features of chinese speech some parameters available for reference are given.
