Abstract: Electronic product's (including element ane device) reliability is an important factor determining Product quality, and sampling test is a usual means. It is desirable to determine the sampling test plan scientifically. Here, a formula determining the sampling test plan of electronic products, i. e. N_τ= (0.69 + M)/λ_0, is presented by graphing, based on probability theory.
