Abstract

Abstract: In order to provide a reference for scientific workers related, the folio- wing aspects about charge/discharge of synchronous satellites are brieflyreviewed: 1. Test about charge/discharge; 2. Danger to electrical equipments due to dischange EMP; 3. Protection methods used for reducing the danger; 4. Simulating test for certification.
