Under the background of transition economy,diversification is an important strategic selection for coping with the development stress.However,when it comes to the question of“why implement the diversification strategy”,it is still unclear.This paper holds that it is an important way to resolve the existing dispute through deep exploration of the motivation of SOE diversification.Consequently,this paper adopts the case study method to explore the motivation of SOE’s diversification based on the special context characteristics of transition economy,and a consideration of the special enterprise traits of SOE.Specifically,this paper takes the example of Henan Yimei Group,and uses the method of triangulation to summarize the main diversification motivation of SOE within the context of transition economy,based on the coding analysis of interviews and documentation data.The research results show that the diversification of Yimei Group is pushed by the internal motivation of utilizing the resources,improving the power of main industry,optimizing the portfolio,and fulfilling the social responsibilities;and the external motivation of responding to the government policy and reacting to the situation of industry.This paper verifies the proposition:under the background of transition economy,compared to other internal motivations,the motivation of utilizing the resources,and improving the power of main industry is stronger;compared to other external motivations,the motivation of responding to the government policy is stronger.We also put forward the comprehensive analytical model of SOE’s diversification under the background of transition economy.

How can competitive advantage be achieved through differentiation strategy in startup enterprises when faced with resources disadvantages? This study chooses Shijijinbang, a private education and culture enterprise,as a case study object,to analyze the intrinsic logic of the formation of differentiation strategy in Shijijingbang as a newcomer striving in the book publishing industry.Based on competition theory and resource-based view (RBV)and resource dependence theory,the case reveals how the new enterprises in traditional industries rely on information searching ability as a starting point,to accumulate resources in the process of combining and evolving routine management patterns with differentiation strategy,and thus progressively accomplish the evolution from weak to strong differentiation.The case discusses the resources disadvantages and the origin of searching ability for differentiation strategy in startup private enterprises,and the synthesis of homogeneity and difference as the character in the evolution of differentiation strategy.This case could answer how differentiation strategy is carried on the accumulation of resources,or on the disadvantage resources in the theoretical level,and provide reference for private enterprises in resource accumulation-strategy path in the practical level.

How market-oriented enterprises implementing innovative performance through iterative innovation, is an important issue in the era of internet but lack the enough relevant literature to explore. This paper explores the issue of two kinds of market-oriented enterprises in uncertainty situation achieving innovative performance through iterative innovation, through longitudinal case study of four entrepreneurial enterprises. Our research results show that, enterprises can adopt different market-oriented strategy based on different assumptions; different market-oriented enterprises may face different uncertainty at various stages of the process of iterative innovation; market-oriented enterprises attain innovative performance through two paths, one is that responsive market-oriented enterprises usually promote innovative speed by means of swift action, the other one is that proactive market-oriented enterprises often get innovation of novelty by means of continual improvement.

With the rise of the“Internet+”,the market environment that enterprises are facing is becoming volatile,especially with the emergence of disruptive innovations in the environment,which makes still higher requirement to innovation strategy choices of small and medium-sized enterprises.According to upper echelons theory,different cognitive basis of executive members makes information processing selective,which leads to different perceptions of managers who form different innovation strategy choices under the condition of limited rationality.Prior experience of decision makers has an important effect on cognition,which influences environmental perception,and environmental perception is the important factor that affects enterprise innovation strategy choice.Research in the field is still inconclusive as to the influence of specific environmental perception on innovation strategy choice.Hence,on the basis of previous studies,using content analysis and coding design,and by means of the comparative study on two cases,this pa-per investigates how different environmental perceptions and prior experience impact on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation and its mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprises when they face the external environment change.

From the perspective of training process,this paper explores the key factors and mechanism of training transfer about SOE executives.It uses case study approach and qualitative analysis tools to verify the result.The study shows that SOE executives’ training transfer effectiveness is influenced by executives’ personality,training motivation, training plan and training environment,and these four factors interact in a dynamic succession in the training process,in which the training plan factors only work in the actual training process.In the view of the succession of the training transfer factors,the key to improving the effect of training transfer is to grasp the main transfer factors in different training stages.

User participation acts as the basis of successfully operating online communities. Nowadays, many online communities are facing the problem of a lower user participation level.Most previous researches viewed user participation activities as a single entity instead of exploring the possible categories of such activities,which is unconducive to the theoretical development and the practical operation of business communities.Taking online health community as an example,this paper firstly divides users’ online behavior into six types based on content analysis and SSBC,and then examines their correlations through statistical analysis and QAP approach.The empirical results show that emotional support,knowledge sharing,and off-topic behavior are the main behavior styles;and they are all correlated in a positive fashion. The findings in this paper will enrich the studies on behavior types of SSBC, straighten out the correlations among them,and develop theoretical research on online user participation,and will also offer practical insights to community operation.

The difference between service interfaces and transaction interface makes outsourcing relationship form the direct, indirect and mixed agent interaction mode. This study tries to reveal deeply inherent principle of trust dynamic evolution in multi-agent relationships in service outsourcing through the research on the difference of trust mechanism and evolution path n different agent interaction mode. By applying content analysis to encode three sets of case data, results show that the agent interaction mode is the key pre-conditions to the dynamic change of trust, the different interaction mode leads to the difference of four trust mechanisms, and then it forms different evolution path. The evolution path of trust corresponding to direct, indirect, mixed three interaction mode is from inside to outside, from outside to inside to outside, inside and outside.
