At present, China has entered a new stage of the green transformation of economic and social development, the environmental problems faced by a number of high-energy-consuming and high-emission traditional industries cannot be ignored. When an enterprise is challenged by environmental issues in a dynamic environment, the first decision it should make is to transform its environmental strategy. This paper takes Jiangxi Copper as the study object, along the route of “Driving factor-Environmental strategy-Implementation effect”, explores the process mechanism of environmental strategy transformation of enterprises driven by both internal and external factors, and further study the impact of environmental strategy transformation of enterprises on their high-quality development. The analysis reveals that with the changes of external environmental regulation and the evolution of internal green dynamic capabilities, the environmental strategies of enterprises have completed the transformation according to the path of “Reactive-Defensive- Adaptive-Proactive” environment strategy. At the same time, in the process of transformation, its environmental investment has gradually increased, green innovation has been significantly strengthened, and high-quality growth in all dimensions of development has been realized.

Rapid changing environment intensifies the risk of technological innovation in technology-based enterprises. Enterprises need to build a brand new risk control model of technological innovation, which combines “flexibility” to rapid changing environment and “rigidity” of management and control. In this paper, incomplete contract theory is embedded into traditional risk control theory. Through the situational research on the unique risk control model of Sinodata, detailed process of building a “rigid” and “flexible” risk control model is unlocked. Specifically, enterprises should first sink the risk control unit to form a “virtual small and micro enterprise”, so as to speed up the response to environmental changes, obtain the “flexibility” of risk control, and maintain the necessary financial “rigidity” through performance certification. After that, enterprise should reengineer the risk control structure into “multi-level alliance”: On the one hand, it increases structural “flexibility” through dynamic adjustment; on the other hand, it embeds new rules to stabilize the internal relationship, which not only ensures the “rigidity” of management and control, but also achieves the fault-tolerant “flexibility” for innovation failure. Finally, this paper constructs a new technology innovation risk control model, namely “virtual small and micro enterprises + multi-level alliance” model. This paper not only extends risk control theory based on essential characteristics of technological innovation, but also contributes to the incomplete contract theory.

Leadership development is crucial for the development of human resources and the cultivation of leaders within organizations. However, there has been ongoing debate in research regarding the specific content of leadership development and how to effectively validate developmental outcomes. This study employs the research methodology of grounded theory and conducts in-depth interviews and on-site research with Company A, which is currently implementing a leadership development program. Drawing from the multilevel framework of developing self, developing team, and developing organization, a leadership development model containing six core elements is constructed, including “being” “doing” “subordinate development” “team cohesion” “organizational management” and “performance management”. This study further compares this six-element model with the “Direction-Alignment-Commitment” (DAC) model. In conclusion, the study found that “developing self” inspires commitment, “developing team” generates direction, collaboration, and commitment, and “developing organization” facilitates direction and alignment. This provides validation for the effectiveness of the proposed leadership development model.

Against the backdrop of China's vigorous development of the real economy, the growth of industrial parks has also garnered significant attention. Industrial park asset securitization products experienced explosive growth in 2018, but they are still in an exploratory stage and face a large default risk, which needs to be continuously improved. This paper selects the first defaulted industrial park asset securitization product in China, the Peking University Science Park Commercial Real Estate Mortgage-Backed Loan Support Notes as the research object. Based on the original shallow risk identification and risk mitigation design in Peking University Science Park's asset securitization products. Firstly, this paper conducts in-depth risk identification. It employs quantitative analysis using the KMV model to assess risks. Secondly, put forward a complete risk coping method. Finally, the risk adjustment method is used to evaluate and adjust the existing risks, evaluate and identify the unknown risks, and then build a complete risk management closed-loop mechanism. It is expected to provide useful reference for other enterprises to avoid financing risks, so as to better allow financial services to serve the real economy and promote the steady and long-term development of the real economy.

Under the background of “dual carbon”, how to carry out digital transformation has become an urgent problem to be solved in the pursuit of low-carbon development. In this regard, this paper mainly adopts the resource orchestration theory to carry out a longitudinal case study of Weiming Environmental Protection Intelligent Sanitation Project, which attempts to explore the process mechanism of enterprises from resources to capabilities to sustainable competitive advantages. The research results show that: (1) a round of resource orchestration process of an enterprise can be abstracted as “scattered resource elements — resource structuring — digital empowerment — value leverage”. On this basis, the staged output will be combined with the external dynamic environment, and fed back to a new round of resource structuring in the form of reconstructed elements, so as to achieve the digital transformation through iterative arrangement, in this process the enterprise's low carbon development can also be promoted. (2) low carbon management capability at the organizational level is also a key factor in the whole process of connecting digital resources arrangement. Managers can achieve more green resource management through the redeployment of low carbon resources.

As an emerging technology in the digital era, blockchain has the characteristics of open sharing, decentralisation, establishing trust relationship, tampering, traceability, leaving traces throughout and transparency. Blockchain technology brings new opportunities to enterprise supply chain management, however, how to apply blockchain technology in the enterprise supply chain management about its path and effects have not reached a clear conclusion. This paper takes Mengniu Dairy as the research object, analyzes the practical application motivation, measures, effect and path of blockchain technology in the management of enterprise supply chain. The study found that the four technologies of blockchain jointly ensure the safe and effective operation of enterprise supply chain, but its application in enterprise supply chain management has different paths and effects. Specifically: (1) in the supply chain, distributed ledger achieves cross-platform information sharing and smooth information channels. Consensus mechanism promotes enterprises to reach consensus agreement and improve cooperation performance. Smart contract enables automatic business execution to avoid human intervention. Cryptography can make the information of the supply chain accurate and improve data transparency. (2) in the production process, the use of distributed ledger and cryptography can realize real-time monitoring of production, accurate chain of processing indicators, effectively improve the production process, reduce supervision costs, ensure product quality. (3) in the sales process, real-time feedback from customer terminals under the distributed ledger increases customer stickiness, and the consensus mechanism enables transactions to be verified across the network, avoiding double-flower transactions, smart contract realizes intelligent transaction of orders, speeds up the transaction speed, and uses cryptography to accurately upload the sales path to the chain, realize the transaction traceability, and safeguard the transaction security. On this basis, the application path and effect model of blockchain technology in enterprise supply chain management is finally been constructed. The conclusion of the research not only expands the scope of the boundary between the theory of blockchain technology and the theory of enterprise supply chain, but also provides theoretical guidance for the application of the four blockchain technologies in enterprise supply chain management.

Digitalization is the key of industrial upgrading. Agricultural enterprises should optimize the traditional agricultural industry with the help of digitalization, so as to complete the upgrading and reconstruction of digital agricultural value chain. Based on the theory of digital innovation capability and agricultural value chain transformation, this study selected two agriculture-related enterprises, Adopt A Cow Co., Ltd and Fengnong Holding Co., Ltd, as the research objects. By constructing a comprehensive analysis framework integrating digital innovation capability and agricultural value chain transformation, this study deeply revealed the mechanism of enterprise digital innovation capability driving agricultural value chain transformation. The research shows that digital innovation capability, as the “second-order” capability of enterprises, would adapt to different objectives. Moreover, the micro mechanism in the form of activity value-added, structure reorganization and logic remodeling could promote the progressive and breakthrough dialectical unity of the transformation trend of agricultural value chain. This study not only provides a new explanatory framework and ideas for digital innovation capability and value chain transformation, but also provides an effective path and theoretical guidance for enterprises to promote agricultural value chain transformation.

In the era of digital economy, the construction of brand ecosystem provides a strong support for the sustainable development of brands, but the research on the internal mechanism of its formation is insufficient. Based on the dynamic capability perspective, Renhe Group is selected as the research object, and the formation process mechanism of the brand ecosystem is summarized through the vertical deconstruction of its years of brand development history. The research found that: (1) the brand ecosystem is essentially a closed loop open ecosystem based on digital technology platform, with close cooperation of multiple stakeholders and collaborative development of brand groups; (2) the formation process of a brand ecosystem will experience the growth characteristics of “point — line — plane”, which includes “cultivating the brand core circle (market disruption) — developing the brand industry circle (industry chain integration) — forming the brand ecosystem (value co creation)”; (3) in the process of forming the brand ecosystem, the dynamic capabilities of enterprises show the evolution of core capabilities such as “market breaking ability — industrial chain integration ability — value co-creation ability”. The theoretical framework finally formed in this paper can provide some reference for the construction of enterprise brand ecosystem in the era of digital economy.

The development of modern digital technology has brought new opportunities to brand alliances. This paper based on the power theory, combined with the interactive perspective of enterprise resources and resource integration, conducts a longitudinal case study on JD, adopts the qualitative research method, and builds a new theory through the rooted analysis of data. The research confirms that there are various types of brand alliances and they have sequential characteristics, so different brand alliances need to be analyzed separately. The results show that: (1) according to the type and order of brand alliance, brand alliance can be divided into four categories: complementary brand alliance, leveraged brand alliance, integrated brand alliance and mutual benefit brand alliance. (2) all types of brand alliances will continue to interact and form new resource pools for enterprises to re-allocate resources. Through different brand alliance models and the development sequence of brand alliance, the function mechanism of brand alliance in enterprises is constructed, which provides a certain theoretical reference for Internet enterprises and digital transformation enterprises.

In order to maintain good business performance in the increasingly competitive digital era, enterprises need to use market orientation to meet the potential or existing needs of customers. Existing researches have found that dynamic capability can play a role in strategic change when meeting market demand, prompting enterprises to adjust strategies in time, develop new core competitiveness, and thus improve performance. This paper uses two cases to analyze how different market orientations affect enterprise strategic performance through dynamic capabilities. The results show that: (1) market orientation affects enterprise strategic performance by adjusting three dimensions of dynamic capability; (2) different market orientation has different effects on the enterprise strategic performance and the enterprise strategic performance is better under the proactive market orientation; (3) under different market orientation, enterprises adopt different dimensions of dynamic capability. Under proactive market orientation, enterprises pay more attention to continuous iterative innovation ability to meet the potential needs of customers, while under reactive market orientation, enterprises pay more attention to continuous improvement of sales ability to meet the existing needs of customers.

As the absolute size of the middle-income group increases, there is also a phenomenon of “slipping” within this group. Previous studies on the middle-income group often focused on income distribution systems and human capital. Through a case study of Meituan, we discovered that the root cause of this “slipping” lies in the blurred scope of ecological member rights and responsibilities, and that stability relies on platform governance. Meituan, as a company in a dominant market position, avoids employment responsibilities by utilizing a flexible labor model enabled by market imbalances and algorithmic technological support. However, this labor relationship is not stable or sustainable. Takeout riders resist “slipping” through self-empowerment、 maintaining their agency and adopting a multi-faceted strategy. Research has shown that government participation in formulating social security measures、 platform anti-monopoly actions and empowering diverse stakeholders can block the downward “slipping” channel for takeout riders. The “slipping” of takeout riders serves as a classic case study in constructing an olive-shaped social structure and holds positive implications for improving the governance structure of national platforms and promoting shared prosperity.

Research on the relationship between entrepreneurship and well-being is mainly based on a static perspective, where the well-being of entrepreneurs at a certain point in time is used to represent their well-being throughout the entire entrepreneurial process. This has resulted in an insufficient exploration of the dynamic aspects of an entrepreneur's well-being, which is a significant reason for the lack of consensus on the relationship between entrepreneurship and well-being. In order to better explore this relationship, this study is based on the self-organization theory and utilizes an exploratory longitudinal single-case analysis approach to explore the changes of entrepreneurs' well-being during the entrepreneurial process. Based on self-organization theory, this research addresses the core question of “how does entrepreneurs' psychological well-being change in the different stages of entrepreneurship”. This research not only delves into the dynamic mechanisms of entrepreneur's psychological well-being in various entrepreneurial stages but also uncovers the self-organizing process of entrepreneurship. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurs engage in different entrepreneurial activities based on their goals in the different stages of entrepreneurship, which leads to changes in their experience of psychological well-being. Furthermore, this research suggests that an entrepreneur's psychological well-being serves as an important feedback signal for their persistence in entrepreneurship. The conclusions of this research inspire entrepreneurs to clearly identify the stages they are in during their entrepreneurial journey, engage in relevant entrepreneurial activities based on the goals specific to the stages, and thus achieve well-being through entrepreneurship.

Existing research on entrepreneurial legitimacy focuses more on how firms obtain legitimacy and ignore the legitimacy repair process of legitimacy-losing firms. The study takes the process of creating Live Company D by Education Enterprise X as an example, bases on the optimal distinctiveness perspective, researches on the re-entrepreneurship process and mechanism of enterprise legitimacy repair. The main findings are as follows: (1) the legitimacy repair process of legitimacy loss enterprises consists of three stages. First is the legitimacy loss stage, which adopts the strategy of passive response, and is ineffective. Second is the legitimacy response stage, which is based on the industry level to take an active response strategy, with little effect. Third is the legitimacy repair stage, which is realized by adopting an energetic repair strategy from the re-entry mechanism. Passive and active responses focus on legitimacy, and the energetic repair stage repairs legitimacy by introducing uniqueness. (2) the legitimacy mechanism is “re-entrepreneurship”, whereby the enterprise achieves legitimacy repair by leapfrogging from low uniqueness to high uniqueness through optimal differentiation while constructing uniqueness beyond that of the industry. The theoretical contribution is to clarify the difference between legitimacy repair and traditional legitimacy acquisition and to provide new evidence on the balance of optimal distinctiveness. This study also provides practical references on how legitimacy-losing firms can engage in legitimacy repair.

Based on the irreversible trend of red-chip enterprises returning to the A-share market, this paper takes China Mobile, SMIC and Ninebot as case samples to conduct an exploratory study on the paths and potential risks of overseas red-chip enterprises returning to local listing. It is found that the current return of red-chip enterprises mainly includes the traditional path and the innovative path, and their applicability to enterprises differs, as shown by the fact that enterprises meeting the requirements of the pilot scope can choose between the innovative path, while non-scope enterprises can only adopt the traditional path. Meanwhile, the IPO model in the innovative path involves the risk of legal, internal control, termination of listing and control transfer, while the product risk and VIE structure risk of the CDR model also cannot be ignored. In the traditional path, companies need to consider the asset restructuring, benefit distribution and tax risks arising from the dismantling of the red-chip structure. The research conclusion can provide a useful reference for more red-chip enterprises to return to domestic listing in the future and the risks they may encounter in the process.

Existing research on the transformation mechanism of Chinese agricultural enterprises’ business model from mechanization to digitalization is relatively lacking. This paper conducts a longitudinal case study on the business model transformation of Nanning Sugar Industry from 2015 to 2020, and finds that: First, farming, harvesting and deep processing constitute two key transformation stages of the business model of Chinese agricultural enterprises from mechanization to digitalization. Second, digitalization-based co-creation and co-operation constitute important mechanisms driving the transformation stages. This paper proposes a theoretical model for agricultural enterprises to realize business model of digital transformation through value co-creation under the situation of mismatch between digital technology and operational capabilities. It can provide practical inspiration for the country to formulate digital and intelligent agricultural policies and enterprises to implement transformation and innovation of digital operation model.

This research adopts the perspectives of signaling theory and situational crisis communication theory, analyzes the crisis events of the “expired honey” in Tongrentang and the “cyclamate” in Jiugui Liquor, aiming to shed light on how crisis response strategies vary in effectiveness depending on corporates’ reputation. We find that such crises can diminish corporates’ market value and disrupt their production and operations. A corporate’s generalized favorability enhances the protective effect of its crisis response strategies. However, a high degree of popularity can complicate the crisis response process. In the case of Tongrentang, the corporate responded to its product crises by adopting apology and remediation strategies. This approach was adaptive to the situation, enabled high information transparency in crisis communication, and repaired relationships with stakeholders. By contrast, Jiugui Liquor opted for a denial strategy in response to rumors, this approach lacked transparency and resulted in less effective crisis communication. The conclusions can offer valuable managerial insights for business crisis communication.

As an important financing method in Chinese capital market, equity pledge is increasingly common among listed companies. However, equity pledge also entails multiple potential risks such as stock price volatility and control rights transfer, Based on case study of35.COM, from the perspective of information disclosure as a mean of market value management, this paper explores the risk management strategies and economic consequences following equity pledges by controlling shareholders of listed companies. We find that a high ratio of pledged shares by controlling shareholders would induce motives for maintaining stock prices and value management for self-interest, which might lead to strategic information disclosure practices and even violations of information disclosure regulations. In the short term, the strategic information disclosure of controlling shareholders can achieve the goal of stabilizing or boosting stock prices, However, in the long term, these strategic and non-compliant information disclosures may affect the company's value, cause a decline in the quality of accounting information, and infringe on the interests of small and medium-sized shareholders.Research result is of practical significance for standardizing equity pledging, market value management and information disclosure behaviors in listed companies.

Enterprises need to seize opportunities to seek developments. When there is an opportunity for the legitimacy of the incumbent to decline, seizing the opening and internalizing the window of opportunity becomes the key to the survival of latecomers and even the exploitation of the future market. Based on the practice of Maxeye's catching up and surpassing.the paper explores the catch up process mechanism of latecomers from catching up to leading. The research finds that the reduction of the legitimacy of the incumbents leads to the opening of the window of opportunity and the internalization of the window of opportunity by the latecomers, which together promote the latecomers to achieve the goal of catching up with innovation, To be specific: (1)in the catch-up stage, the reduction of the practical legitimacy of the incumbent leads to the opening of the window of opportunity for the dual interaction of demand and system. Latecomers adopt the strategic path of market and capability integration to internalize the opportunity window, and seek opportunities through opportunity perception capability and market demand, resource integration capability, market legitimacy acquisition, innovation experimentation capability and market preference shaping to achieve market leadership and capability building. (2)in the leading maintenance stage, the reduction of the incumbent's technical legitimacy triggers the opening of the leading opportunity window of the technology unit, and the latecomer enterprises adopt a technological innovation strategy to internalize the opportunity window, and achieve technological breakthroughs through independent secondary innovation, independent disruptive innovation, and hybrid open innovation. Finally, the theoretical framework of reducing the legitimacy of the incumbents  opening the window of opportunity- matching the strategic path and behavior - catching up resultsis constructed.

Previous studies have predominantly focused on the digital transformation of enterprises with the help of large platforms, while insufficient attention has been paid to the collaborative process between cluster SMEs and new platforms, in the context of digital transformation of industrial, cluster SMEs and new platforms are like “fellow sufferers”, facing the resource dilemma together. In light of this, the study through the co-creation case of SMEs in Zhejiang Ningbo mold industry cluster and Bincube (Chuang-Yuan) Mold Industry Internet Platform, and finds that cluster SMEs collaborate with new platforms to carry out digital transformation, which is a resource action evolution driven by a common resource focus. In the resource exploration stage, cluster SMEs can cooperate with the new platform to adopt “heuristic bricolage” behavior to respond to the focus of “resource revitalization”. But it is difficult to solve the problem of insufficient resource pools. In the resource construction stage, cluster SMEs cooperate with the new platform to complement the “imitative configuration” of the interactive response to the “resource matching” focus, resolving the tension of resource acquisition. But how to convert resources into digital transformation capabilities is full of challenges. In the resource capability stage, the collaborative innovation platform of cluster SMEs can introduce “progressive orchestration”on the basis of the interaction of “heuristic bricolage”and “imitation configuration”, and carry out circular iteration, respond to the focus of “resource system” and resolve the tension of resource conversion. Based on the situation of “ relative symmetry ”, the study has enlightening significance for accelerating digital transformation of industry clusters in China.

In response to the formalization phenomenon in interaction and case teaching in Chinese business classrooms, as well as the practical problems of low enthusiasm for enterprises to participate in business case teaching, this article elaborates on the interactive learning philosophy of the business “living” case teaching method, Based on the nearly 10 years of “living” case teaching practice, a three-dimensional interactive teaching method of business “living” case oriented towards the integration of industry and education is extracted, Case teaching is designed and implemented around the “real” problems of the industry in the era, through the interaction between teaching and learning, complementary learning and action, theoretical guidance and practical evaluation in different directions, as well as the interaction in different directions within the three dimensions, the case teaching method strengthens and enhances students’ thinking training and comprehensive quality, The research shows that the adaptive adjustment to the teaching and case situation is an obvious feature of the three-dimensional interactive teaching method of business “living” case, which is different from the ordinary case teaching method. It makes the symbolic interactions between teacher-student, student-student and industry-teaching in the case teaching have the sense of the times and being present, which is more conducive to improving students’ professional core ability and comprehensive quality.

The continuous evolution at business model innovation and business ecosystems in the age of digital intelligence is far beyond the scope of existing theoretical studies. While focusing on the impact of business model innovation on business ecosystem attributes, established studies have neglected how the digital business ecosystem as an organizational support affects business model innovation, This study takes advantage of the composite characteristics at Siemens Group as a provider of business model innovation for downstream enterprises in the same industry and a practitioner of its own business model innovation and constructs a theoretical model of the impact of digital business ecosystems on business model innovation through a single case rooted analysis of Siemens Group, The study finds that:(1)enterprises form digital business ecosystems based on digital opportunity identification, digital resource acquisition, digital channel construction, and create value at all levels of digital business ecosystems through the interconnection and interaction of multiple subjects, (2)the mechanism of digital business ecosystem affecting business model innovation is “digital business ecosystem - open learning business model innovation”, In the digital business ecosystem, producers, sellers, other recipients, consumers, etc, use the digital platform to realize communication, cooperation and learning among multiple subjects, and the digital business ecosystem promotes business model innovation through intra-industry learning and inter-industry learning. (3)customers have become participants in the digital business ecosystem, participating in the creation of value through common open learning and communication with the producers of the focal enterprise, and satisfying customer needs more effectively, This finding provides a new analytical framework for analyzing digital business ecosystems and business model innovation.
