Abstract: XPNAV-1isthefirstsatelliteofChinadesignedfortheon-orbitdemonstrationoftheX-raypulsarnavigationtechnology.TheX-raytimingdataanalysismethodwasdiscussed,andthepulseprofileusingtheobservationdatawasrecoveredtoverifythecapabilityofobservingpulsarsinspace.ThescientificmissionoverviewofXPNAV-1wasdescribed.Thephotontimingdataprocessingstepsweredesigned,andtheX-raytimingdelaymodelwasconstructed.Basedontheproposedmodel,theobservedphotonarrivaltimesoftheCrabpulsarwerecorrectedtotheinertialreferencepoint,andthenthepulseprofilewasrecoveredthroughtheepochfoldingtechnology.TherecoveredprofileshowsthatthetwopeakstructurestandsfortheCrab′sradiationshape,provingthatCrabissuccessfullyobservedbytheX-raydetectorofChina.
