Abstract: Thematerialandpowertechnologiesarethekeyproblemsandchallengestothenear-spaceaerostatsduringlongdurationandregionalstationkeeping.Themainreasonsarethesuper-heatandsuper-pressureandmaneuverabilityagainstthewindduringthestationkeeping.Anovelnearspaceaerostatwasproposedwhichmadeuseofthenaturalheatandthenearspacequasi-zerowindlayer.Theworkingprinciple,systemcomponentsandflightstrategyofthenovelaerostatwereintroduced.Byuseofthethermalmodelingandsimulationandtotalparameterdesign,thecouplingrelationshipofboththermalcontrolledparametersofthemaincellandthesuper-heatcapabilitiesduringdayandnightandthesizeofaerostatwereresearched.Theresultsshowthatthesuper-heatcanreachaboveof100Kduringdaytimeand20Katnightthroughthermalparametersoptimizationdesign.Thedesignresultsofthetotalparametersoftheconceptualaerostatweregivenforthesuper-heatrangingfrom20Kto80K.
