Abstract: Prolonglifespanofgeosynchronousorbit(GEO)satellitesbyrefuelingsatellitesonorbithaseconomicvalue.Asaresult,itisveryimportanttoassesstheon-orbitservicing(OOS)paradigmandoptimizeitsutilities.TheassessmentofOOSsystemforrefuelinggeosynchronoussatellitesandoptimizationmethodsofitsdeploymentstrategywerestudied.AnewarchitectureofOOSsystemwasproposed,whichincludedafuelstoragestationandNrefuelingspacecraft(1+N).Thefuelstoragestationcarriedagreatdealoffuel,runningonorbitsteadily.TherefuelingspacecraftmaneuveredongeosynchronousorbitandimplementedtherefuelingmissionforGEOsatellites,whenthespacecraftransoutoffuel,itcametothestationandacquiredfuel.Theweightandorbitoffuelstoragestation,thenumber,weightandorbitofrefuelingspacecraftwerethekeyproblemsofdeploymentstrategy.ThemathematicmodelofoptimizationofthedeploymentstrategywhichshortentheresponsetimeofrefuelingGEOsatellitesandlowerthepriceofservicingsystemasmulti-objectiveswasconstructed.Thecalculationprocessoftheoptimizationwasanalyzed.Byanalyzingtheoptimizationresults,theoptimaldeploymentstrategyofservicingsystemcontainingafuelstoragestationand4-6refuelingspacecraftusedforrefuelingGEOsatelliteswasproposed.
