摘要: 着重分析了低速自旋式卫星作为刚性转子在立式硬支承平衡机上做平衡的工作原理及校正原理;给出了校正公式和对YLP-1型立式硬支承平衡机的最小可达剩余不平衡量的标定方法和标定结果;扼要叙述了卫星平衡过程中误差源分析及数据处理,并推导出决定刚性转子最终平衡精度的剩余不平衡量α的计算公式;给出返回式遥感卫星平衡试验的两组数据,飞行试验证明已经达到了预期的设计目的。

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the principles of balancing and correcting for low-speed spinning satellites that work as rigid rotor on ver- tical dynamic balancing machines provided with hard supports.It presents a correct formula,determining methods and determining results for minimum achievable residual unbalance of YLP-1 type vertical dynamic balancing ma- chines with hard supports.It concisely gives the error source analysis and data processing in the process of satellite balancing,and derives the formula for calculating the residual unbalance a which determines the final balacing accu- racy of rigid rotors.It also presents two groups of data of the tests for balancing returnable remote sensing satellites.Flying tests have proved that the expected design object is achieved.
