Abstract: Adesignofacircuitcontrollingsteppermotorsinawiderangeofmomentforspecialcharacteristicsoflongin-orbitoperationandthedifficultytoreplaceinspaceequipmentswasproposed.ThisdesignutilizesFPGA,XilinxchipXC3S400-208,asthecorecontrolchipandLMD18200asthedrivingchipofsteppermotors.Onthebasisofadescriptionofthecircuit,theproblemoftheincreaseofresistancemomentandthesolutionsofoutputmomentadjustmentinspaceequipmentsbyPWMcontrolandimpulsefrequencywerediscussed.Testsverifiedthatthedesign′smaximumvalueofoutputmomentinrangemakesmomentmarginreach4andtherangeofadjustingmatchestherequestsofspaceequipments.
