Abstract: Satelliteperformanceinorbitisimpactedbypointingaccuracyofstarsensorandsyntheticapertureradar(SAR)middleplatebecauseofthermaldeformation.CharacteristicsaboutthermaldeformationofstarsensorandSARwerestudiedandanalysed,andinstallationbetweenSARandsatellitebodywasdesigned.Takingonesatelliteasanexample,SARandsatellitebodywereconnectedwithasemirigid(horizontalconstraintreleased)method,andtheinfluenceofsatellitethermaldeformationwasisolatedtoSARwithacertainrigidity.Asaresult,pointingaccuracyofstarsensorrelativeSARmiddleplateincreased,andmettherequirementofsatelliteimaging.Thisisverifiedbycalculationanalysisandtest,andcanprovidereferenceforotheraerospaceelectroncequipments.
