Abstract: Errorcoefficientofdualprobegradientmethodcanreach0.5to0.3inengineering,thatmeansonly50%to70%ofthesatelliteremanenceinterferencecanbeeliminated.Theprincipleofthedualprobegradientmethodwaspresentedtoeliminatesatelliteremanenceandthesourcesofdualprobegradientmethoderrorwereinvestigated.Furthermore,theinfluenceofthesatelliteremanencecomponentdistributiononthemagneticcorewasanalyzed.Andthekeyroleofpositionalrelationshipbetweenthemagneticcoreanddualprobeonthedualprobegradientmethodwasdescribed.Undertheconditionthatthemagneticcorepositionwasdeterminedandthedualprobeinstallationdirectionpointedtothecore,theerrorsofthedualprobegradientmethodwasminimized.Simulationresultsshowthatthedualprobegradientmethoderrorcoefficientcandecreasefrom0.4to0.03orlessbyoptimizingremanencecomponentdistributionanddualprobeinstallationlocation.
