Abstract: ThemainobjectiveofspacecraftTT&C(Track,Telemetry&Control)  resourcesschedulingproblemistomaximizethespacecrafttasksthroughTT&Cresourcesallocationwithsomeschedulingmethods.Atimewindow-orientedmodelwasproposedinreferencetothetaskorientedmodels.Furthermore,thebranchandboundalgorithmofthemodelanditscomplexityanalysisweregiven.Finally,thevalidityandpracticabilityofthealgorithmswereshowedbysimulation.
