Abstract: Inordertoimprovethetemperaturecontrolprecisionofthedetectorandother spacecraftandreducethetemperaturefluctuationaccuracy,aonewaymicroexpansiontypeheatswitchwasdesignedbasedonthermalexpansionandcontractionofmetal.Thecharacterizationparameterwasgettoanalysisthetwodimensionalsteadystatethermalmodeling. Then, anexperimental setupwasdesignedtosimulatetheactualworkingconditionsofthermalswitch,andswitchoperatingstatusandrelatedperformanceparametersweremeasuredunderdifferentheatpower.Whenthepowerisupto04W,disconnectedresistanceis23046K/W.Thepowerisupto30W,theclosedthermalresistanceofswitchis03022K/W,andswitchratiois7626.Theresultsshowntheexperimentdataareingoodagreementwiththetheoreticalcalculations.
