Abstract: Anaccuratemodelforsecondaryelectronyield(SEY)isofgreatimportanceforthecalculationofmultipactorthreshold,buttheexistingSEYmodelis deficientinsatisfyingtheneedsofaccuracyandconcisenessatthesametime.AnanalyticalmodelforSEYofmetalswaspresentedbyanalyzingtheescapingprobabilityofsecondaryelectronscombinedwiththemodifiedBetheenergylossequation.Furthermore,SEYmodelsforuncleanedandArion cleanedAgsampleswereobtainedbyfittingtheexperimentalresultswiththeanalyticalmodel.CalculationresultsshowthatthestandarddeviationbetweenSEYmodelsandexperimentalresultsofuncleanedandArioncleanedAgiswithin4%atdifferentincidentangles,whichindicatesthattheanalyticalmodelpresentedcanbeusedtoestablishtheaccurateSEYmodelofmetalsandcalculatemultipactorthresholdofspacehighpowermicrowavecomponentanddensityofelectroncloudinaccelerator.
