摘要: 为优化地球静止轨道(GeostationaryEarthOrbit,GEO)卫星平台设备布局空间,提出东西板外挂安装锂离子蓄电池的构型布局方案,从力、热、流程等方面分析东西板外挂安装锂电池构型布局的可行性及其影响,并以135A·h锂离子蓄电池为对象进行设计分析预算。结果表明,与服务舱南/北板内挂安装相比,锂电池采取东西板外挂安装更具优势,不仅腾出平台舱内大量设备布局空间,而且能优化研制流程;此构型的力、热设计条件均有改善,尤其是热控加热功率与散热面积均减少70%,设计资源节省显著,是提升卫星平台总体设计能力的有效途径之一。

Abstract: TooptimizetheequipmentconfigurationschemeofGEOsatelliteplatform,aLithiumionbatteryconfigurationoutsidetheeast/westpanelwasproposed.Thefeasibilityoftheschemeanditsinfluenceonsatelliteplatformwereanalyzedfromseveralaspects,especiallyinstructuraldesign,thermaldesignaswellasdevelopmentprocessofsatelliteplatform.Takingthe135A·hLithiumionbatteryasanexample,theanalysisresultsofthermalcontroldesignshowthatthenewconfigurationofLithiumionbatteryhasmoreadvantagescomparedtoitsconfigurationinsidethesouth/northpanel.Thenewconfigurationnotonlysavesmorelayoutspaceforlotsofequipmentinsidethemoduleofsatelliteplatform,butalsooptimizesthedevelopmentprocessofthesatellite.Furthermore,themechanicalandthermalperformancesofthemountingpanelarealsoimproved.Forinstance,theheatingpowerandheatrejectionareaaredecreasedby70%.Significantsavingsofthedesignresourcesareobtained.Therefore,theproposedconfigurationisaneffectiveapproachtoenhancethesystemperformanceofsatelliteplatform.
